My baby is 10 months old now. From 1 st month only before putting on diaper I am applying b4 nappy cream once a day on his diaper area. Will it cause any harmful side effect or I can continue using it?

Avoid daily  diaper use. You can use it occasionally. Do not use continuously amy medication to your child without pediatrician advise.

No need to apply it daily. Just keep the area dry and change diapers frequently. Use diaper rash cream only if you see redness or rash in the area.

Diaper rash Creams are generally safe,but there can be some sode effects
Next Steps
Better not to use diaper all the time,use only when going out or at night time only, then if rash appears then only use it,not on regular basis
