My gynaecologist prescribed Diane-35 to me because of irregular periods basically. It's been 7 days since I'm having it regularly everyday, but today I had unprotected sex. Does this have any disruption over the functioning of Diane-35 and should I take a contraceptive pill currently ?

If you started taking this medicine from day one of the period without skipping  any in between it will act as a contraceptive and you do not need to add anything

Diane 35 itself is a contraceptive pill. If you are taking regularly without missing it no need to take some other contraceptive
