Sinus tachycardia is there in ECG Patients with thin chest wall can get high complexes but need to be ruled out after doing echo

The easy says sinus tachycardia because your heart rate is more than 140 bpm. It says ventricular hypertrophy because of the apparent tall wave forms seen your ECG kindly get a echocardiogram done to confirm further.
