Please tell me what's this condition in mouth.. Both side oral cavity and tongue getting this type white lesion..

It seems to be fungal infection and by seeing ur teeth u might have a habit of smoking or tobacco chewing ,if u have those habits quit it bcz it aggregates the situation . Most important thing maintain oral hygiene properly ,quit the habit and use proper medication for that . U can consult me for cleaning of ur teeth and for medication so that I can help u .
