Doctor i was diagnosed with scabies Have vaginal and anal itching along with body itching But yesterday i noticed small vesicle like on my right vulva... So razor removed pubic hair.. Following which i developed today as shown in picture.. Worst pain on right pubic region... While making leg stretch or sitting... Not able to make movements.. Not able to make slight stretch also Also slight pain on left side region also.. H/o hydradenitis diagnosed by doctor in armpit few days ago.. Got treated.. Please help what is this... Its very very painful; Also is this herpes as one small vesicle there.. Or something else.. Help
