Diagnosis is difficult

Dear Doctors, My uncle is suffering severel bone pain, mussel pain and nerve pain. I have enclosed blood report and chest X-Ray. In blood report Eosinophils is 16.6% (normal range 0-6%), Testosterone 858.99 ng/dL (48 Years age male), iron 62.93µg/dl, LDL direct 81 mg/dl. In Govt. General hospital we visited twice they asked thick sprotum, which is not coming out. Please let me know is it infectious TB. He is infected TB 28 years back. Now he dont have bone or mussel strength to do any agriculture activities. He is the one who make my family Happy.. Or tell me what next step needs to take..Thank you dear one's 🙏

It could be becoz of vitamin deficiency . Is there any swelling anywhere? Any weight loss?
Next Steps
Get vit d n b 12 checked. To diagnose bone tb he needs to get x rays done, further confirmation will be given by bone biopsy. Bone tb is not contagious
