Diagnosed with potts spine

Hi it's a very serious issue and I am very tensed I have been diagnosed with Potts spine in April 2017 I started AKT but my lft raised and dr advices me to stop the medicine this happened for 3 time. Then I changed my Dr and finally in August 2017 my medicine was started regularly.     After that in October I did my  MRI and the progress was good      Now it has been 10 months I am taking my medicine but still the pain is not going . Sometimes the pain is very severe specially when I got up in the morning or do some heavy works .(pain is more since 7 days )   I am worried about it.. 1)will the pain not go ever it will remain like this life time ?? 2)or my TB is not getting curded or I  got mdr TB bcoz this is month of ramadhan and I fasted for few days in between and taking my afternoon medicine in evening Plz tell me what shud I do???

Thanks for queries Do u have old reports of ports spine What was basis if starting the ATT. I would like to know what was the initial symptoms Normally the pain would have gone away by this time If you are continuing to have pain we may have revise the diagnosis If you have fever weight loss then MDR t.b is a possibility Otherwise no
