My father have diagnosed with parkinson disease.... His shoulder now have become stiff, Cannot move his arms while walking and also walking style become small steps...One neurologist saying that this cannot be treated anymore.... Can anyone guide me

Need to see what kind of medication she is taking and if it is not controlled with medication then he might require what is known as deep brain stimulation.

Parkinson's disease will cause stiffness. You continue with the medication advised by your doctor. Start physiotherapy, it will help alot.
