Diagnosed with major depressive disorder..on doctor advice got a brain ct scan done.. report says small focal symmetric parenchymal calcification in bilateral cerebral hemishperes.. could this be the related to the disorder

Very unlikely. Some minor non specific findings are quite common. Depression is related to chemical changes in the brain. Structural changes usually are not related.
