Hello dear, Dengue is a vector borne disease that means the mosquito carrying virus bites to whom so ever will be infected but now since you are cured so from you it cannot be spread. You are now infection free and your body has produced antibodies against it to fight for the same strain.  But just look for the breed of mosquitoes in your place.
