Diagnosed with ADHD, having Marfan

I am a 27 years old IT professional. I diagnosed with ADHD and Marfan. Low self stream, attention deficit, anxiety and forgot fullness making my life miserable. I am not taking medication because of the fear of addiction and possible side effects( like most of the medicine wipe out appetite and I am having Marfan and have to take proper diet).
