I checked my sugar level today after 1 hr of meal was 151. Do i needs to get it checked. There is no other symptom. Was feeling giddy so checked

Would recommend checking fasting glucose( after 8 hrs of fasting post last meal), sugar 2 hrs after meals and HbA1C s to diagnose diabetes. Also check your blood pressure for dizziness
