Make a mixture of soybean flour, chana atta in wheatflour. Add 2egg white daily at any meal, vegetarian can add soya chaap or nuggets and paneer( 3/week). Make a sprouted chaat at lunch 4days in aweek. Intake of milk is necessary.cut down potatoes (4/week ), rice, poha, any seeets, fried, fruit juices, mango, litchi. Have proper meal in breakfast, lunch n dinner.
