Diabetic symptoms and Thyroid

I did the HBA1C, OGTT and TSH test as recommended by a doctor in cloudnine.My report says HBA1C - 9.7 Avg Glucose - 231.69 Fasting Sugar - 191 H 1 hour post load - 326 H 2 hours post load - 398 H TSH - 7.325 H This looks higher than normal. What would be your suggestion on diet or medicines?

Sugar levels are very high. You also have subclinical hypothyroidism. An Endocrinologist consultation will help you sort out both the issues. Sugar control as well as thyroid management.
