Hi my father suffered brain stroke two months back and is currently very weak and anemic. He has hypertension, diabetes and suffers from right side paralysis and aphasia. He is on lot of medicines but he feels best after two spoonful of baidyanath lohasav in water. What sugar free supplements like lohasav can i get for him? Any other tips would be helpful

First you should consult with his doctor. He can not take lohasav.  Because lohasav contain jaggery and we can not use jaggery for long time in diabetic patients. You can use Geriforte tablet (Himalaya company) 2 tablet at night before sleep with milk.it has good result .
