Hello doc, I recently diagnosed with diabetes my hba1c is 7. Am not started medication yet. Is it possible to reverse diabetes in early stage??? Will it come back once its reversed???

With diet, exercise, weight loss and proper medication , in the initial stages it is possible to reverse it. Whether it returns or not depends on compliance with diet and exercise and changes that occur in insulin production in the body with time
