My mom's sugar is 121(fasting ) and 184(PP). Does she need to take medicine  ??? or just walking and controlling diet is enough to check diabetes for her...

She is prediabetic, Good that diagnosed early, Her blood sugar should be controlled with diet and exercise initially, Please check her blood sugar regularly, Maintain a record, Also do HbA1c every 3 months, If not controlled in 3 to 6 months, Then consult physician.
