Frozen shoulder usually occurs in diabetics with uncontrolled or fluctuating sugar levels. Fbs,plbs and Hba1c need to be checked and kept within targets.
Apart from that, the best treatment for frozen shoulder is physiotherapy ie. Exercises as advised by physiotherapist. Painkillers should be avoided unless absolutely necessary
