Unfortunately you are taking too many medications at sub-therapeutic doses. Glimerpiride again is very low dose and is also likely to increase your weight further. The best thing to do is to go back to the basics . I would suggest you to take Metformin SR on its own , increase it from once daily to twice daily next week, then one with every meal thereafter for another week and if you don’t get any side-effects , to maximum dose of 2 tablets twice daily with breakfast and dinner. Take Teneligliptin once daily with breakfast separately. You do these for next 3 months and check yourHbA1c thereafter . Please ensure you continue to look after your diet and exercise during this time. I you it right I don’t see any reason why you can’t get your
sugar under control.
