Asked for Male, 30 Years

I did my Fasting blood sugar and Hba1c test and got these findings. Do I have diabetes? Fasting Blood- 105 mg/dl Hba1c: 5.1%

Hi., I can understand your concern Reports are normal. Plan for regular exercise and walking. Avoid processed foods. Have proper sleep.
