Sir from past 4 months my sugar level is irregular. In fasting it is nearly 200 post lunch it is 220-230. I'm having skin infection also during this period, it is like Necrobiosis lipoidica. All time i feel tired and sleepy with no energy level. Doing regular exercises and walk with intake of wood rich in fibres. Pls guide and suggest. On recommendations I've started taking Metformin 500 from last 15 days but sugar level is still nearly 200 in fasting. Pls guide and suggest.
