Can diabetics eat sabudana? I'm a type 2 diabetic person currently on herbal treatment. Please suggest if I could eat it or not. If yes, then how much can I eat it? Per day or per week.

You can eat shabudana as you wish in diabetes, But you take properly ayurvedic treatment. I give you assurance that not only shabudana but you also take rise, suger added tea and sweet food.

Sago or sabudana is a complex form of carbohydrate. Please avoid if possible. You can fast on fruits, coconut water, rajgira laddos. Eating sabudana once a month is fine. Please check blood sugar every 2 months and consult your doctor for medicines.
