So fasting should be less than 90-110. 2 hours after meal should be around 140 HbA1C should be less than 5.6 in normal patients. In diabetes Fasting less than 110-125 Post lunch less than 180 And HBA1c less than 7 is CONTROLLED Diabetes.

For an diabetic,   These are typical targets: Before a meal: 80 to 130 mg/dL. Two hours after the start of a meal: Less than 180 mg/dL.and hba1c 7%.
