Hi doctor, My husband got checked his hba1c yesterday. It was 9.6. Today he FBS which is 192 and PP is 301. How to reduce or reverse these levels to normal without medicines? Please help. He is 34 years old.

Hello Is this the first time his blood sugars are high ? Does his parents have diabetes ? The values of FBS, PLBS and HBA1C are very high . He needs to use medications before it worsens to state of of using insulin Diabetes can be reversible if HBA1C is less than 7.5 Now we should focus on reducing his HBA1C to 7.5 first so consult me i will give detail treatment and diet advice There are lot of doctors who do false promise even for such high values they can reverse but truth is different So consult me or any diabetologist for detail explanation Thanks
