I have a Hb1ac level of 11.1 on a random check on 07 April , after which I have completely cut sugar and carbs and have started doing exercise. Yesterday I again got my hb1ac checked it has reduced to 8.2. Shall I go for medication or continue the same routine further.

Hba1c should be checked once every 3 months. Don’t do so frequently. Just repeat FBS and PPBS to see compliance with the medication
