My Mother have taken a blood test today to check the sugar levels. Does she has diabetes? I have attached the copy.

Get your mothers HbA1c report checked. Its more reliable and confirmatory. Current reports suggest impaired glucose tolerance and in pre diabetes range. Diet and exercise to get some weight loss is key to reverse diabetes.
