Respected doctor, I have been suffering from hyperglycemia for 15 years and I can't stop sweets and carbohydrates. My hba1c is 13. Can high dose of insulin help

Yes . Your blood sugar , HBA1c level very high . First of all you should know normal level of HBA1C should be below 7 for Diabetics patients. Since your levels are very high you start injections insulin , you get idea by approaching your physician. Take proper advice and care .
