For medicine BANDY PLUS what dosage should I give for 1 year 3months old son. He weigh 12 kg approx.

Disclaimer: do not simply de-worm because you think it to be worn infestation. Take pediatrician opinion. There is a problem with this combination of Albendazole and Ivermectin. Albendazole supposed to be given with meals whereas Ivermectin to be given empty stomach ( ref Epocrates formulary) Hence I would not suggest Bandy plus. If at all you want to de-worm, go with plain BANDY  syrup. The dose is 200mg (10 ml )bed time on day 1 and repeat dose on day 15.
