Developmental dysplasia hip

I have developmental dysplasia hip ,happened shortly after birth . I limp while walking and also have pain but it's tolerable. What are the chances of any future complications and how to prevent them.

Carry on as long as possible. A stick in opposite hand will help. Ultimately you will need THR.
