Development of baby and risk factor

Dear sir/madam, As we reached the doctor in our locality in regards to my wife pregnancy and baby growth related,she is on 42 day after conceived, doctor took few test like ultrasound and said they didn't found heart beat.as we have seen small dropping of blood in her urination and got tensed ,we had our sexual intercourse for thrice in  last 96 hrs,does it effect on development on baby growth and organ function.as reports of ultrasound says no heartbeat. Kindly lets us know is it get delayed in heart function,like it's come in 6th week or it requires more days ..please advice

You should repeat an usg to confirm the growth of fetus and also presence or absence of cardiac activity.its very important.

Can you please send the USG report. In some case, the reason for not getting heart beat is often because of scan done in early pregnancy. Please do TVS after 2 weeks. Avoid intercourse as of now.

You can repeat a vaginal ultrasound after 1 week Continue folic acid tablets Injection proluton drop 500 micrograms intramuscular Cap Susten 200 mg per vaginum daily for 7 days Avoid intercourses Strict bed rest for 1 week
