Developed  small lump on my labia majora

I have developed a small painful lump on my labia majora. It hurts when I press it, and the area is slightly red and swollen, but there is no pus or discharge coming out. I haven’t had any recent injury or irritation. I’m not sure if it’s an ingrown hair or a boil. Could you please guide me on what this might be, and whether I need any treatment or if it will heal on its own?
