I am having allergic rhinosinusitis, persistent post nasal drip and thick mucus that irritate the throat from 2 months. i am undergone with septoplasty, turbinoplasty 2 weeks back, i am still feeling post nasal dripping down the throat, kindly suggest when will feel completely free from this problem.

Hello,
Seeing through your symptoms is more like an allergic problem. Having undergone surgery only will not help u to get rid of the symptoms.
U need to understand that if allergies persist then ur symptoms will also persist.
Start Steroid nasal sprays 2 puffs twice a day each nostril. For 3 weeks
Gargle with lukewarm water 5-7 times a day.
Tab. Montek FX one tablet at night one hour before sleep for 1 week.
Health Tips
wash pillow covers & bedsheets every alternate day.
wear a mask while heading out from the house.
avoid going near plants & birds & dusty environment.
