Dettol burns left black marks

Hi I applied Dettol on one of the small cut on my face for 2 to 3 mins and then skin has become dark the next day on applied spot and then I realised that Dettol burnt my skin and turned to black and these thin black marks are still visible even after a week, pls suggest any medicine to remove black marks permanently. Thank you!
