I used undiluted dettol on my face after an injury. It forms dark black patches on my face . it make my face too ugly . recently I peeled it and after some days it regain skin but scar doesn't go. Now its more than two weeks but still its not cured. Is it permanent or tempprary? How much days it would take to be vanished ?

Thanks for the query. Long term usage of any disinfectant can cause such pigmentation. The best way is to consult a Dermatologist for proper assessment and diagnosis. Treatment can then be instituted. It looks amenable to treatment by depigmenting creams and a sunblock cover. If left alone, it may take few months to fade.
