Hi, I have right ovary with dermoid cyst size 2.6 cm, Also some small pcod in both ovaries, will it cause any issue? Can we treat without surgery?

There is no medical management for dermoid as it is a benign mass . PCOD is a lifestyle disease and it can lead to Obesity Irregular menses Excessive facial hair Darkening of skin Insulin resistance Infertility So you can take treatment for PCOD . Better to go for surgery for dermoid

The only treatment of pcod is to exercise n maintain a healthy bmi Dermoid cyst of size less than 5 am does not warrant surgery Though there is no medical management of dermoid
