Dermatology advice - red mole? on hand

Hello I would need some medical advice on this. I have few red moles on my arms. I don't know if it's a mole or a blood vessel or something else. It has been there for quite few years but now I think the tiny spots  are increasingly visible a Iave attached some pics of it. Pls advice if this needs a medical attention. Thanks. Shyam

these area cherry angiomas. if they cosmetically concern you or if they suddenly increase in size then you can have them removed.. otherwise you can leave them unattended. hope this is helpful.
