Depression , sleep problem

I am depressed about a lot of things in life . I'm usually occupied by thinking about it all the time . The negative points . I'm not able to sleep and have to smoke up daily to sleep. Now it's creating a hindersance in my professional life and my mental health. I don't talk to my family and am constantly depressed .

Try meditating for 15mins before you sleep and 15 mins after you wake up. Also try getting a hobby.
