Hello mam/sir history: i have generalized anxiety and moderate depression ,for the same i was prescribed fluoxetine, there was very less improvement in 8 weeks so doctor changed it to bupropion and mirtazapine after 2 months doc tapered off mirtazapine. now i am on bupropion and etizolam. question:i get frightened easily, have become coward. and whenever i go out and socialize i get depressive phase after that. having lack of interest, feeling of guilt, worthless etc, despite being on bupropion for 4 month. why suddenly i have such depressive phase? and what could be possible treatment for anxiety. SSRI SNRI NDRI mirtazapine etizolam, didn't work on anxiety and fear issues.

For depression there are bio psycho social factors may responsibile medication focus on biological factors, initial few weeks when ur mood was anxious and dull psychotherapy may not helpful once ur mood improves u must need psychotherapeutic management also it's based on your premorbid personality and your social circumstances also...if ur Rx now focus on this u may get good improvement...
