Depression or Stroke

A year back I was diagnosed with clinical depression, I used to have feelings like I will have stroke but now I know about stroke. I know that blood clot in the brain caused by irregular heartbeat causes stroke and now I think I am having iregular heartbeat, followed by headache, the headache however comes and goes. Please help.
