Not interest in anything, not talking with any one, thinking about suicide. not showing interest in all so only sitting alone. So for this any treatment?

Dear Practo User You are presently suffering from depression. More detailed evaluation will clear whether its your first episode or not, also whether its unipolar or bipolar, whether there are other problems associated like substance use, anxiety disorder. Your present medication regime needs to be optimized in accordance with your symptoms. Since you are having thoughts about suicide please don't take it lightly. Please share it with your Psychiatrist as this is an emergency. Also share this with your loved ones. Just remember this is a symptom of illness and not your true desire. With treatment this will improve . So Please seek help asap.

You are already on some meds. Are you having bipolar disorder? If yes then you may ask your psychiatrist to increase doses..
