I am not able to sleep in day or night since more than a month recently I have lost my job and son many things and thoughts run inside my mind because of that I could not sleep

I can understand the distress you are through. Not able to sleep, persistent worrying or past thoughts, not feeling like enjoying, negative thoughts, low energy levels, etc these all are cardinal feature of depression.
