I'm suffering from depression from last 5 years. I took many allopathic meds but it didn't help so I stopped these medicines, then my condition became worse coz of which I started taking nexito(20) which I took earlier for 2years  and  Ayurvedic medicine named Supragya (Ark+Capsule) with Swarna prabha which made me almost alright (Ayurvedic only)but Nexito is causing many issues like 1.If I forget to take it for 1day or taper down to (15)then it takes almost 10 days to get back to normal 2. It has made my digestion weak coz of which I get diarrhoea very easily and nexito doesn't work after that which again worsens the condition and it takes several days to get back to normal 3. It causes chest pain(gastric pain) for which I'm taking pentocid twice even then it doesn't stop. 4. This is happening after I stopped meds which made my system very fragile that it can't even bare a single day without nexito,I'm taking Nexito coz my system is used to allopatic meds.what is the remedy for this?

First of all the medicines need to be tapered under the psychiatrists supervision, second of all there is a permanent solution for many kinds of depression. I would suggest you to seek a clinical psychologists evaluation and side by side taper medicines and tell the psychiatrist about related side effects so that your discomfort is relieved, if you seek any Non- Nimhans based psychiatrists they would almost never recommend you for therapy as they would want you to seek consultation permanently from them only and most likely they don’t believe in psychotherapeutic methods, rather they believe in medical model which is not a permanent cure for many psychological issues. Hope this answers your question.
Next Steps
Consult a Nimhans trained clinical psychologist
