Depression

I'm not sure about by mental health, I'm lacking concentration in every thing. Wether it is listening to music, watching something or anything. I don't know if it is an anxiety or depression but it is now affecting my studies. I don't know what is causing this and if it is depression or not. I'm afraid that if i consult to any doctor what am i suppose to say to him/her. Am i overreacting? Or I'm stressed?

I understand your situation. Concentration difficulty may be due to depression or anxiety as well. More clarity is needed regarding your problem. Information regarding your sleep, hunger and also energy levels would be more helpful to decide on the severity of your condition. However it is easily manageable with appropriate treatment, so that dysfunction due to the same can be reduced and your quality of life will improve. Some counselling sessions and if needed medical help might be useful for you. I would also be more than happy to help you with that if you are looking for online assistance. Discussions will be held confidential. You can directly consult with me through Practo as needed. Online chat consultation is available.
