I have episodes of depression which are very intense that I can't help it. It makes me wonder what's the point of living and I just want to end it .the feeling doesn't end quickly and takes days until something right happens.i have tried a quiz and it says that I am moderate bipolar.but the depression is just too bad for me and whenever it's on me it feels absolutely right to be depressed .I don't know if I can get off this ever.
