I feel you are not yet over with that past issue. I would like to suggest you to visit a Psychologist immediately.  If it is not possible,  do consult online through this portal. Take action at the earliest.

As suggested by Dr Amitabh you must visit a Psychiatrist, but in addition to this regular therapy sessions with a Clinical Psychologist will definitely benefit you, because recurrence of these symptoms is also signifying the presence of some negative thoughts that seem to be bothering you thus a Psychologist can help you deal with these thoughts and also improve your coping skills.
Health Tips
Do not leave treatment in between. Maintain a activity schedule force self to follow it. Even if you feel like staying disconnected to people try to interact with a few close ones. Start with treatment immediately and you will feel better.

Hi. Having depressive episodes again after a gap means you are suffering from recurrent depressive disorder. Since, you are also having suicidal wishes, you should seek a Psychiatric consultation immediately and start treatment. Since this episode is a recurrence, you need to continue treatment longer than in usual cases.
Next Steps
Seek a Psychiatric consultation.
Health Tips
Make sure that you adhere to the treatment prescribed by your psychiatrist and don't stop it before he recommends it.
