Homeopathic meditation without taking proper history is not recommended. Meet a counselor for emotional assessment. You are young and its OK to have moods. Don't let them disturb your routine. Talk to friends and share with family about your feelings. Be vocal and also introspect why this feeling has sunk into you.
Health Tips

Depression does make you go through lots of negative thoughts often irrational, but automatic, leading to  negative feelings, hopelessness, lack of energy, motivation, enjoyment, concentration including impaired sleep, appetite etc. It is important to find the underlying cause, severity of depression and the impact, which will help to determine appropriate treatment. You will benefit from cognitive behavior therapy to develop some techniques and skills to overcome negative thoughts and feelings. Severe symptoms will need medicine. Lifestyle changes like yoga, meditation, practicing mindfulness will also help. Consult a psychiatrist in person if things are not improving. Regards
