I feel fatigue always. I don't have any interest on anything. I just want always to sleep. I work in different shifts and feel always tired. I think, I am suffering from depression. Following symptoms of depression are in me. Changes in eating and sleeping pattern Hopelessness Worthlessness Problems with memory and concentration Loose of energy Loss of interest Difficult in taking decisions Can anyone please help me to come out of this???

Loss of interest, decreased concentration and attention, feeling low and disturbed sleep or appetite are some of the signs of depression. Consult a psychiatrist who will assess you in detail. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless, seek professional help immediately.
