Respected Madam,
May I please ask if your depression is self diagnosed or have you actually consulted with a psychiatrist who has diagnosed you with depression. Please be aware that your mind is currently going through a very fragile period of adolescence. The various mood changes seen in adolescence can lead to a wrongful conclusion that you are in depression. Depression is not only a sad mood, i is a syndrome characterized by depressed mood, loos of interest in activities, decreased energy, easy fatiguability, changes in your sleep, appetite and activity levels and various depressive ideas like hopelessness, helplessness, worthlessness and guilt. An increase in sensitivity is seen as a part of normal adolescence. So don't worry about it
