Hi, you seem to be reacting to some life stressors like studies issues or boyfriends issues or family issues etc. If you are not able to handle things on your own , I would suggest you to seek a consultation with a Psychiatrist or Psychologist. Sometimes unburdening yourself is all you need . Sometimes you may gain a clarity from counseling as to what the root of the problem is . Hope this helps, All the Best!

Have you shared this with your parents or anyone of your close friends?!!! If not , try it, it might give you some solace. Or , if you feel, you cannot do that due to various reasons do consult a Psychological Counsellor in the city you live.

Respected Madam, May I please ask if your depression is self diagnosed or have you actually consulted with a psychiatrist who has diagnosed you with depression. Please be aware that your mind is currently going through a very fragile period of adolescence. The various mood changes seen in adolescence can lead to a wrongful conclusion that you are in depression. Depression is not only a sad mood, i is a syndrome characterized by depressed mood, loos of interest in activities, decreased energy, easy fatiguability, changes in your sleep, appetite and activity levels and various depressive ideas like hopelessness, helplessness, worthlessness and guilt. An increase in sensitivity is seen as a part of normal adolescence. So don't worry about it
Next Steps
Kindly get back to me with more detail regarding your current symptoms, since when they have started and whether they were triggered by any stressor (failure in exam, breaking up with boyfriend, etc)
Health Tips
If you still feel that you are in depression and need help immediately, kindly inform your friends/ family regarding your symptoms so that they can get you the necessary help that is required
