I am suffering from depression for past 1 1/2 years because my mom died so suddenly from health issues on sep 2022 after my mom died i cant focus on studies at all i used to score good before my mom died after my mom died i always fail in every subjects i have suicidal thoughts and tried to attempt 4 times( didnt get hospitalised) i tried fever syrup but in vain i didnt have any symptoms i cant live without my mom what can i do?
My dear friend , sorry to know about this loss in your life . Parents are precious to each & every being . You have to grow strong enough to handle & motivate your confidence and you can do it with a systematic support from a mental health practitioner.

You need to attend a few sessions of grief counselling, by a Senior Psychologist . Try tele consultation with me . I have experience of handling bereavement . Pl consult at the earliest .
