I am suffering from depression, earlier was taking meds revozip 50, zyvon ab, olet 1.25, vizep 10, pari cr , but symptoms were  "kuch bhi khane ka man nhi karta", "kuch karne ka man nhi karta, haat kapkapate hai, pura din tiredness lagti hai, eyes open nhi ho pati, then consulted another dr who suggested escitalopram+clonazep am (10/0.5mg) which i take around 11pm but pura din tiredness rehti hai...unable to eat properly and unable to work. Please suggest what to do? Shud i cont same medicine (later ones) or any other combination ?

Rivozip comes in 0.25 n 0.5 mg, zyvon ?? Multivitamin?? Olet should help with appetite, pari with mood. Escitalopram and clonazepam at 11 is too late . Though a good combination should be taken around 8-9 pm . It takes about 2 weeks to actually show effects. Take care
